Where is it?

Aberaeron Cricket Ground, 10 Victoria St, Aberaeron, SA46 0DA. The festival takes place in a secure field so that once you have entered there’s no need to worry about children wandering off. The entrance and exit is manned at all times.

What time do the gates open?

Gates open at 12noon and close at 9pm.

What age is the event aimed at?

This is a family event that welcomes all ages.

What are my transport or parking options?

We encourage guests to walk, cycle or use public transport. Please respectful to local residents when parking.

Can I leave the event and come back in again?

Yes, you will be asked to show your wristband.

What can I bring into the event?

Feel free to bring camping chairs and picnic blankets. A range of food stalls and a licensed bar will be on site. You are not permitted to bring dogs, alcohol, food, glass or illegal substances on site.

Card or cash payments?

Both.

Can I bring camping chairs?

Yes. Picnic blankets are also permitted. We have an abundance of space on site.

Are dogs allowed?

Sorry, no dogs allowed. Please contact us if you have a guide dog.

Do you have accessible facilities?

Yes, the site is mostly flat grass with few obstructions. There is a disabled portaloo. Please contact one of the stewards if you require any additional assistance during the event.
